This is beneficial in cases where the factory diverter has aged to the point where it makes sense to replace the factory diverter entirely. The T9382 also has a lower profile than the T9352, meaning it can be installed on Mini N18 engine (for a much simpler installation than T9353), and on other Peugeot models where clearance was an issue.
